Ladysmith KZN: Rubbish will be collected this week

The normal collection days will apply for the various areas of town

For the past two weeks, there has been no refuse collection in Ladysmith due to Covid-19 and also the unrest and chaos all over town.

However, Alfred Duma Local Municipality spokesperson Siyabonga Maphalala has confirmed that refuse collection will indeed be taking place in Ladysmith this week, starting from today (July 19).

The normal collection days will apply for the various areas of town, so residents can take out their rubbish bags as per normal to be picked up.
