ESTCOURT KZN: Shepstone Place fraud case trial date to be decided on July 23
“The date was set for July 23 to get a trial date"
After more than two years, the criminal case against former Shepstone Place Home for the Aged administrator Debbie Potgieter will be given a date for trial.

Representing Shepstone Place, current Home administrator Roline Vaughan returned to the Estcourt Regional Court on July 9.
The court date was set for both parties to receive a commencement date for the criminal case.
“The date was set for July 23 to get a trial date,” commented Mrs Vaughan.
Mrs Potgieter stands accused of misappropriating funds from the facility for the frail and aged for personal benefit.
