VRYHEID KZN: Landbou stays busy

We would also like to congratulate all our teachers who received merit awards for a 100% pass rate in their respective subjects

A lot happens at Landbou in a week! Besides the everyday teaching and learning, our learners had an opportunity to learn about pregnancy testing in cows. And not just theoretically either; they tested the cows themselves. They were so excited and had so much fun doing it. A big thank you to Mr Laubcher Theron, the veterinary surgeon who has been very patient and helpful in guiding our learners through the process. We would also like to congratulate all our teachers who received merit awards for a 100% pass rate in their respective subjects. We are so proud of them, and the learners are so privileged to be exposed to their excellence. Landbou extends a warm welcome to the new administrative officer, Ms Pillay, who recently joined the staff. It’s time for the June test series, which starts on June 28 and ends on July 9. A reminder to all prospective students and parents of Landbou that applications are currently open; the forms are available on the school’s website and at the school office. Please contact the school for any information – webpage: www.vryheidlandbou.co.za and 034 982 6005.
