NEWCASTLE KZN: Two injured as car collides with tree on Boundary Road
Fire services were summoned to the scene to remove the left door of the vehicle in order to retrieve the passenger from the car.
Two people sustained minor injuries after the vehicle they were travelling in collided with a tree on Boundary Road on the afternoon of May 13.
According to an official source at the scene, the fire brigade had to remove the left door of the vehicle in order to remove the passenger from the vehicle.
“Both occupants were treated at the scene before being transported to Newcastle Mediclinic for further treatment,” he said.
The exact cause of the collision is unclear at this stage and will remain subject to police investigation.
