Are you a blood donor?

The SANBS is urging new and current donors to make a difference and donate blood. Not sure where you can donate? 

Here’s when and where the SANBS will be in May.

Who can donate blood?
• You must be 16 years or older.
• You must weigh 50 kilograms or more.
• You must lead a sexually safe lifestyle.
• You must have a meal prior to donating blood.
• You must become a regular donor.
