VRYHEID KZN: Parkrunners must adhere to club rules

For any further info, please phone Smuts on 082-442-4986.

Vryheid Country Club has introduced a tag system to make it possible to enter the premises. Legally, non-members are not entitled to make use of the facilities at the club. It has come to the club’s attention that lots of people enter the premises, claiming that they are part of the parkrun. Non-members can arrange with the restaurant owner to open the gate via an intercom system that is located at the gate. Non-golfers can use the facilities by becoming members – phone the club for details. The gate for the parkrun area will be open to registered parkrun members, and runners / walkers are urged to stay on the route and not wander off onto the playing area. Parkrunners must have their bar codes available when using the route. The gate will be open to bar-coded members from 6am until 9am and 4pm until 6pm. Thanks in advance for your co-operation. For any further info, please phone Smuts on 082-442-4986.
