NEWCASTLE KZN: Suspect sought by Newcastle detectives
The suspect in the identikit is wanted in connection with a January house robbery incident.
Newcastle Detectives are appealing to the community for assistance in tracking down a suspect (pictured above).
According to Lizzy Arumugam of Newcastle SAPS Corporate Communications, the suspect (aged between 30 to 35) is wanted in connection with a house robbery which took place on January 6.
“The suspect is medium in complexion and about 1.65 to 1.7m in height. The house robbery took place in the Lennoxton area and the suspect was armed with a knife. Goods stolen included cellphones, jewellery and Saudi and American Dollars,” explained Arumugam.
Anyone with information which can assist police in the investigation is urged to contact the Investigating Officer, Warrant Officer MG Sikhosana on 079 500 0403.
