DUNDEE KZN: Fallen power lines block off road
Please avoid the area as the lines are still live.
Motorists are urged to avoid the Dundee/ Wasbank road just near Ashdene Farm, as power lines have come crashing down across the road.
The lines fell across the road after a tree in the area fell over, knocking into the power lines. Witnesses in the area said that just earlier, men were cutting the trees for firewood. They fled soon after.
Traffic officials have blocked off the road while they wait for Eskom workers to rectify the matter.
