DUNDEE KZN: Golf Club to host Men’s Inter-Region Champs
The annual Dundee Country Club Corporate Classic Day will be played on November 27.
Dundee Country Club is hosting the Men’s Inter-Region Zone at the club this weekend, November 20 to 22, with top golfers from throughout the region competing. Please note that the course will be played over these days as will the Club house. Regular patrons must please use the smoking bar.
Dates to diarise
The annual Dundee Country Club Corporate Classic Day will be played on November 27. The Northern KZN Regional Mixed Foursomes will be played at Dundee Country Club on December 13.
Dave’s Competition
Dave’s Wednesday competition was won by Sheppard Nzenza on 24 points. He was followed by Joe Khumalo, 23 points, counted out from Sifiso Kunene.
Men’s Match-play
Congratulations to Scelo Ndlovu on winning the Men’s A Division. He beat Melusi Sithole in the final. Clement Chawanda won the B Division by beating Mandla Mthethwa in the final. Saturday’s Club competition, played in the form of an IPS, was won by Sifiso Kunene on 39 points. Vlooli Slabbert, 38 points was the runner-up. The Jackpot was won by Mark Nero on 11 points. 2 Clubs were carded by Vlooi Slabbert on no. 4, Henk Booysen on no. 4, Cyril Mkhwanazi on no. 12 and Sifiso Kunene on no. 12
Ladies Monthly Mug The ladies monthly, mug played in the form of individual medal, was won by Lorain de Wit on 71 nett in the B division, while T Kruger won the C Division on 77 nett.
