uThukela District records 4609 Covid-19 positive cases…

And 87 confirmed deaths

Today (August 17), the uThukela District recorded 4609 confirmed Covid-19 positive patients, 87 confirmed deaths and 4042 patients who have recovered from the virus.

KwaZulu-Natal has contributed 14% of the deaths countrywide. The province continues to be the fourth highest in terms of deaths.

KZN has recorded 14 new Covid-19 related deaths.
