Ladysmith police station closed again for Covid-19 decontamination

The police station will be open for public use on Friday at 6am

Ladysmith police station, situated at 36 King Street, was closed again today (July 15) for decontamination.

Ladysmith SAPS will temporarily operate from the offices at 35 Buckingham Road (Stock Theft Unit offices).

The decontamination process started today at 6am, and the police station will be open for public use on Friday (July 17) at 6am.

Community members are urged to stay away from the building during the temporary closure.

Ladysmith police station was temporarily closed on July 7 for decontamination, so this is the second closure due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
