Ladysmith runners don’t mind the cold out on the road
The athletes said the workout was “very enjoyable” and it was good to get out there again
Local runners are back at it, making sure they are fit and ‘ready to go’ when the next marathon opportunity comes their way post-Covid-19.
Dr Mulla, Ramiah Naidoo, Pradeep Datadin, Mahomed Vorajee, Amrith Basdew and Farhad Akoo braved the icy weather conditions to have a good run together recently.

Speaking to the athletes, they say the workout was “very enjoyable” and it was good to get out there. Nothing beats stretching your legs a bit and having fun doing something you love!
