A 52-year-old businessman was assaulted, tied up and robbed at his home in Bengal Road last night (May 22).
It is believed that two suspects attacked the man and tied his hands together.
The businessman sustained a wound to the head.
A white Mercedes Benz vehicle was stolen during the robbery.
Other items were also stolen from the house.

Members of the Crime Intelligence Gathering (CIG) Unit, Dog Unit and Tactical Response Team (TRT) responded to the scene and attempted to chase down the vehicle, but in vain.
The victim was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital for further medical attention.
