How full are the dams in the Ladysmith area after the recent rains?

Spioenkop Dam has shown a decrease from last week

Many people are concerned about the water levels in dams near Ladysmith and further afield in KZN, as drought conditions reign supreme. Rain has been falling of late, so has it helped fill up the dams a bit?

Spioenkop Dam, which supplies many areas of Ladysmith with water, has shown a decrease from last week when it was on 75%. It has now dropped to 73.7%.

Driel Barrage is on a whopping 100.3%.

Woodstock Dam is on 85.2% and Wagendrift Dam 76.5%.

Sterkfontein Dam, which is a much-loved fishing spot, is 91.4%.

The lowest dam in the KZN region is Albert Falls on 32.4%.
