The results for the day were as follows:

  • Amajuba drew against Drakensberg 0-0
  • Amajuba beat Arbor Park 1-0
  • Amajuba beat Huttenpark 1-0

The final match was against Drakensberg and ended a goalless draw. In a nail-biting eight second penalty shoot-out, Amajuba managed to score a goal and clinch the win.

Aphile Ndima was chosen as Player of the Match for two games, Shaneka Breytenbach was chosen as Player of the Match for one game and was also honoured as the Player of the Tournament.

“Her signature move is to dodge the opponent, dribble fast and then end with a shot at the goal,” said the coach.
