5 men jumped out from the side of the road and opened fire

An attempted hijacking took place earlier this evening (November 2) in Mimosa Road.

It is believed that an elderly business owner and his wife had just dropped off workers who live in the street.

The business owner made a U-turn and while exiting the street, five men jumped out from the side of the road and opened fire on the vehicle.
