Ezakheni police were notified about a body that was found in the Klip River in the Ezakheni policing area on Sunday (June 24).
Search & Rescue K9 Unit members were summoned to the scene and recovered the body of an unknown adult male.
A postmortem will be conducted to determine the exact cause of death.
The deceased has not yet been identified.

This case comes a few weeks after the body of a man was found in the Klip River near Ezakheni, dumped in a bag and weighed down with concrete blocks.
