Our Estcourt municipality has become ignorant of how to effectively and efficiently run a municipality.
The over-and-over articles placed week after week don’t seem to do any good at all.

They read, get excited and go to some noisy place where there is lots of laughter, but not because of the articles in the paper but because of their own extreme stupidity in not knowing how to handle issues of humanity.
Take this one incident… Protea Road in Forderville is soon to become a game reserve.
In fact, this can now draw tourists to drive through a game reserve and draw income to save Estcourt. I wonder if there would be tenders out for electrical engineers to remove animals from a human abode?
These unattended articles of concern will now have to be relayed to our presidential desk for desperately-needed and sought-after attention.
I just had to relay my dissatisfaction and disappointment at seeing this sight as I drove through the streets recently.
