The atmosphere of goodwill and cheer. What’s not to like? Quite a lot, actually. Christmas is often a time of great stress for many either mental physical and financial.

How to have a merry Christmas this year. Avoid the hype. Avoid getting caught up in the frenzy of Christmas having to be an idealistic occasion and see the commercialisation of the season as a marketing technique.

Monitor your feelings. Declutter. Set your own realistic boundaries.Delegation.  Learn to say no. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas surrounded by your precious family, and many blessings for the coming year.
