A fresh coat of paint for Vryheid when #OnsDorp project begins

The first part of the project was launched at the four-way stop on the corner of Smal and Park Streets

On Saturday, a group of residents joined with AfriForum to rejuvenate the first block in the #OnsDorp project.
This project was initiated by AfriForum to uplift towns one neighbourhood at a time.
The first part of the project was launched at the four-way stop on the corner of Smal and Park Streets.
Enthusiasm ran high as participants repainted faded road markings, stop signs and fire hydrants.
The project will continue throughout the week and street name signs will be replaced and refurbished as necessary.
AfriForum believes the upgrade of these elements will automatically increase the value of residential homes.
The organisation has invited residents and businesses in Vryheid to get involved with the #OnsDorp project, which will continue until the end of the year.
