A suspect is set to appear in court on charges related to a case that occurred in October last year.
A woman’s body was found on October 1, 2016, in an open field in Poona Road, Leonardsville. The body was found by four boys who were playing in the area.
The woman was naked and appeared to have been brutally assaulted, according to nearby residents who were asked by police to identify the body.

The accused, aged 31, is set to appear in the Ladysmith Regional Court on October 20.
