Women’s Day festivities on the green
Three games were played on Women's Day at the bowling club and a lot of fun was had by all.
VRYHEID Bowling Club enjoyed a visit from our very own ‘Evita Bezuidenhout’ on Women’s Day.
Three games were played on Women’s Day at the bowling club and a lot of fun was had by all, followed by a scrumptious lunch. The winners of the Women’s Day games were Jackie Stroebel and Thys Slabbert.
The Pairs competition at the Vryheid bowling club was played on August 12 and 13. This competition was well supported by the men but we could have done with a few more ladies’ entries. The winners of the Ladies’ Pairs were Lorraine Vincent and Petina Malan. The winners of the Men’s Pairs were John Cross and Nolan Malan.
