Be breast cancer aware – the power is in your hands

Most of us seem to think that it we ignore a health ailment, it may magically disappear

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and I urge all men and women to regularly examine their breast for any abnormalities.

Breast cancer can affect men and women, although some people seem to think it is a ‘woman’s disease.’

Make sure that you check your breast for any lumps or changes, discharges or anything else that is unusual.

If you have any concerns, immediately go and see your doctor.

Do not wait! Most of us seem to think that it we ignore a health ailment, it may magically disappear. Sometimes, it won’t and it may be life threatening. We all have the power in our hands to limit this disease.
