December 2016 has brought yet another successful year to an end for the Siyaphambili Sewing Club.

The club had a good year as the members were busy as bees on the sewing machines and over-lockers and many of the end results were superb.

The ladies and gentleman, learned a lot during the year, and were rewarded with certificates as they completed the different levels of sewing courses during the year.

A huge thank you goes out to Linda for giving up her free time to teach these women, and yes, this year, we even had a gentleman join the group.

Linda, we thank you for your dedication to the training of the group. Thank you to all members of the public who donated material to the club, which enabled the team to gain their sewing skills.

A big thank you to our overseas donor, Mr Schickel, for his continued support.

Siyaphambili will again be offering classes in the new year, and welcoming anyone who would like to enroll to the Baptist Church in Landdrost Street.

Ask to speak to Linda.
