Child Welfare fun run event, a highlight

VRYHEID Child Welfare would like to thank everyone who supported the fun run/walk this past Saturday.
The event, was done as part of 16 Days of activism, an international campaign aimed at taking a stand against the prevalence of violence against women and children.
Child Welfare would like to thank Freedom Life Church for the venue and allowing them to use the Freedom Family Market as a starting point.
The Vryheid High School Interact Students who again volunteered their help and as always did an amazing job in assisting with the marshalling.
Vryheid Round Table and the Lions Club for assisting them with the water point.
The NPO would also like to thank the AbaQulusi Traffic Department for assisting them in the safety of the walkers and runners.
Child Welfare is hoping to do an even bigger and better fun run/walk next year.
