The Dare to Care initiative will continue on December 12, at Pick n Pay, Scott Street Mall. Join us as we endeavour to make a difference this festive season.
The Newcastle Advertiser together with Pick n Pay, held a Dare to Care initiative on December 5, at Pick n Pay, Scott Street Mall.
The purpose of the initiative was to raise funds and gather non-perishable items for underprivileged families in Newcastle. Residents did not disappoint, proving they were generous and caring.
The results of the fund-raiser were miraculous, and two trolleys full of groceries, as well as generous cash donations were collected.
The Newcastle Advertiser thanked all those who contributed to making this Christmas special for those in need.
