Industry insiders reveal just how much Google is spying on you!

They know every site you visit, how many times you searched for "boobs" and even if you clicked on any links to learn more!

We live in a world where everyone knows everything, so we get used to the idea, don’t we? But just because we are used to the idea, does it really give Google the right to know a search you made of “different bra sizes” 10 years ago?

Or if you searched for “boobs” 5 years ago…

But it is worse than that! Google records everything you do, every place you visit, how many times you have used WhatsApp and where you last logged in.

The invasion of privacy is perverse because you need not even have authorised it.

In the old days, you thought deleting your browsing history cleared out everything… Well, think again!

Google has been spying on you for years, using the permissions you gave it to use your gmail.com account.

But that’s not spying, I hear you say. Of course you gave Google permission via accepting the terms and conditions of your Google account, so it’s legal, right?

Well that, my friend, is the tip of the iceberg. All I need to do to spy on another computer is log in with my own gmail or a throw-away account I made for the purpose. As long as that computer is logged into your gmail, you can track everything it does. That’s the paranoid “big-brother-is-watching” side of me…

But even if you innocently used another person’s phone or computer and they were logged into their gmail account, they could at a later date view your browsing history…

So how do you preserve your privacy?

Step 1

Always log out of any Google account and log into your own. Ensure you do the same across all browsers. Remember, you are not logged into a browser when using WhatsApp, so assume all Google accounts are yours on your phone and any computer you use.
What this does is ensure only you are spying on yourself! Now to stop your own spying.

Step 2

Follow the image guide:
Open and log in using your gmail account
Open and log in using your gmail account
rid1
You will three horizontal dots in the banner, click on them and select delete activity..
rid5
Where you see “delete by date” you will see an arrow, click on it to open a scroll bar and delete everything by selecting “All Time”

rid4
If everything goes according to plan, then click delete and your entire history will disappear
rid3
Now, how to tell Google to stop remembering everything, click on “Activity Control”.
rid2
And turn off the “Web & App Activity” slider. If you have done it right, it should say “paused” in brackets.

We have tested this and it works. It stops adding things and clears most of your old history. A few stubborn items remain, but that could be because it has not synced with other devices linked to this gmail account.
