Today (September 13), Ladysmith residents are enjoying cold and wet weather in town.
It is believed that this weather is not going to change soon and will continue until the weekend.
According to a snow report, Saturday afternoon could see snow on the KZN Drakensberg and Eastern Lesotho, with falls intensifying in the late afternoon, with a couple of flurries possible in the EC highlands around Rhodes and possibly in the Kokstad and Matatiele areas too, continuing on and off through the night and into Sunday morning.
Overnight and into Sunday morning, we are seeing more snow possible for the KZN Drakensberg and Midlands area, as well as Lesotho and the Eastern Cape Rhodes and Barkly East surrounds.
Also, Matatiele and perhaps even Maclear.
So, enjoy the cold while it lasts!
