Estcourt High learners roll up their sleeves to save lives

41 learners and staff members attended the blood donor clinic and 10 were first time blood donors

A lengthy queue was formed at Estcourt High School on January 31 as learners got ready to donate a pint of blood.

Zophila Madlala makes his fourth donation.

The school helped the South African National Blood Service (SANBS) collect 31 pints of blood to go toward this worthy cause.

41 learners and staff members attended the blood donor clinic and 10 were first time blood donors.

The learners joined by their educators were eager to help save up to three lives each with their blood donations and the Blood Clinic Co-ordinator, Mr SM Dawoonarain and SANBS staff were both very pleased and thankful.
