New Republic School – NRS anglers excel

During the December holiday, a number of NRS anglers represented KwaZulu-Natal at the interprovincial angling competition at the Bloemhof Dam.

ANGLING as a sport has gained significant momentum at NRS over the past year.

During the December holiday, a number of NRS anglers represented KwaZulu-Natal at the interprovincial angling competition at the Bloemhof Dam.

After this event, the following NRS anglers were selected for different South African teams: Zander van Greuning was chosen for the SAVOF u/19 A team, Londa Mtshali was selected for the SAVOF u/13 A team, Lungelo Masondo was selected for the SAVOF u/13 B team and Mtunzi Mkhize was chosen for the u/13 Invitation team. Congratulations and good luck for the competitions in 2016!

Information evenings: Information evenings for parents of children in the Senior and Junior Phases were held on January 14 and 21 respectively. The turn-out was phenomenal. Thank you to every parent for your involvement with your child and your commitment to work together with the teachers for the benefit of your child.
