Islamic Educational Centre cleans hill for 67 minutes
The pupils wore plastic gloves and face masks while they cleaned up the litter scattered all over the place
A group of pupils from the Islamic Educational Centre (IEC), along with Mr A Moola, took to the La Verna Hill today (Monday) to clean up with regards to the ’67 minutes for Mandela Day’.
Mr Moola stated that cleaning the hill was the school’s contribution towards Mandela Day, given that the hill is in a public place near the CBD.
The pupils wore plastic gloves and face masks while they cleaned up the litter scattered all over the place.
