AFTER A short holiday, everyone at NRS is looking forward to the last term of the year, when academics will be the top priority at school.

All our learners now have to concentrate on their school work and give of their best to be able to pass at the end of the year.

At the internal prize-giving ceremony for Grades 4 to 7, which was held on October 1, the top ten academic achievers in each grade received certificates.

After the third term the Top 10 in Gr. 4 were Faria Paruk, Marla Janse van Rensburg, Siphe Xaba, Siyanda Nduze, Oratile Moshane, Mphoentle Mthethwa, Sibongumenzi Mthethwa, Bandile Madi, Pieter Pretorius and Anele Mdlalose.

Grade 5: Nondumiso Mcineka, Wandile Zulu, Owen Morgenrood, Sanele Zulu, Laiba Jaura, Zander van Greuning, Robyn Conibear, Marjoné Janse van Rensburg, Sinakhokonke Sibisi and Mohammed Sahib.

Grade 6: Zahra Cassim, Olwethu Ndwandwe, Leo Mattison, Anele Dlamini, Juan Vosloo, Badrulalam Kathrada, Mustapha Gora, Fanele Sangweni, Ayakhula Zwane and Esmaré Nel.

Grade 7: Kyle Crous, Muhammed Manjoo, Nolwazi Mabaso, Ziyanda Mdletshe, Anele Mchunu, Ali Abdulla, Arista Singh, Maka Ndaba, Gausiya Gora, Muhle Majara and Ariane Janse van Rensburg.
