Vryheid Landbou High School – Games played in good spirit
Landbou would like to thank all Landbou learners for their sportsmanship and that all games were played in good spirit. Congratulations to the 1st and 2nd rugby teams that won their matches.
ON MONDAY, May 18, the school had a visit from the Gideons, where Bibles were distributed to all the new learners at the school.
We thank them for their compassion and interest in our learners.
Academics: The school participated in the Senior Afrikaans Olympiad that took place on Tuesday, May 19. The June examinations are around the corner, starting on June 8. We wish all learners the best of luck for this important exam.
Sport: On Saturday, May 16, Landbou had a sports meeting against Pongola Akademie. We congratulate all teams who participated. On Wednesday, May 20, Landbou once again participated in Winter sport against Dundee High School. We would like to thank Pongola Akademie and Dundee High School for visiting us. Landbou would like to thank all Landbou learners for their sportsmanship and that all games were played in good spirit. Congratulations to the 1st and 2nd rugby teams that won their matches.
Choir: The Landbou Choir did us proud once again when they sang at Mtashane FET College’s graduation ceremony on May 19. We thank the college for the invitation. Thank you to all the learners and Mr Ngcobo for this wonderful day.
