Think there's nothing to love about Monday? There is!

So, it’s Monday and you’re supposed to start your diet, but a ‘Big Mac’ just sounds so much better!

What do you do?

Cave and justify your decision with ‘I’ll start next week Monday’ and a short-lived shrug.

By now you’re probably wondering whether or not there are really five things to love about Monday.

Here’s five things that make Monday more manageable:

1. No one will notice the fact that you are pretty much addicted to coffee. Seeing as everyone is half asleep, your 50 cup a day habit will go unnoticed.

2. Since you spent the whole weekend oversleeping, you’re probably run down and tired. Why not get a massage during your lunch break? (DISCLAIMER: We will not take responsibility for the sudden spike in two hour lunch breaks. Ask permission first!)

3.  Monday blues are an excuse to eat chocolate and complain about the colour of the sky. You are well within your rights to be an emotional wreck while preparing for the four days that lie ahead.

4. The whole ‘Don’t forget to be awesome’ thing? It doesn’t apply on Mondays. You’re welcome!
