Poor roads continue to plague Estcourt

If there’s one thing that Estcourt has a bad reputation about; it has got to be the terrible state of the roads.
Whether you’re in town or residential areas; potholes, damaged roads and dug up trenches are common.
A resident recently went with an Estcourt News reporter for a drive on some of the roads he frequents, pointing out the poor road conditions. Most of the cases are unfinished road repairs resulting from a portion of the road being dug up to access water pipes.
The road is either never repaired or hastily done, which results in its collapse weeks and sometimes days later.
