Njabulo Mthanti scooped three special awards in the field of alternative energy categories, Lungelo Sigudla received a special award from Eskom while Shria Naidu and Zuziwe Thwala received a special award for their energy efficiency project. The panel of judges, made up of overseas participants, awarded Siyabonga Khumalo a special prize for a global solution to air pollution.

NHS thanked teachers who served as judges for the other school’s projects.

NHS is extremely proud of the pupils who participated and excelled at this year’s expo. The school commends the organising committee, headed by Ms Jean Anderson on a job well done.
