Womans Forum host Fun day

All proceeds were in support of the hunger crisis in Somalia

Ladysmith Womens Forum and Humis Baking held a family fun day, cake competition and home industry expo at the indoor sports complex on Sunday.
There was much entertainment, food and displays to keep the crowd enthralled.
An added attraction was the Shavathon hosted by Cansa. The community showed up in large numbers and admission was absolutely free.
Children and young people had a great day enjoying the activities on offer including water slides, jumping castle and quad-bike rides.
The fun day brought local families from in and around Ladysmith which saw them  interacting with each other and socialising. All proceeds were in support of the hunger crisis in Somalia.
Many businesses got a chance to erect stalls and sold a variety of products.
It was a fun day that went on until late afternoon and was hosted for a worthy cause.
