World Book Day was celebrated at Uelzen last week, and proved to be a very exciting day for all pupils and teachers. Everyone was dressed up according to a letter of the alphabet. The day commenced with a special assembly to mark the day.
The value of books, now and in the past, was the theme of the morning’s proceedings.It was truly a wonderful sight to see the creative thought that went into the costumes that were worn. Uelzen would like to thank all the boys and girls who made book donations to our school library.
