Student’s struggle to find work experience

My problem is that I have been trying for almost two years to get into one of the schools as an educator, yet all schools give me the same answer, "you are not qualified, or have no experience"

I am currently studying BED Education at Unisa and I am going into my third year.
My problem is that I have been trying for almost two years to get into one of the schools as an educator, yet all schools give me the same answer, “you are not qualified, or have no experience”.
If you take a look around, most schools take students that have just matriculated, family and friends that are close to the principals or teachers at the school and none are even studying in this field or have necessary experience.
How is this right for us struggling students that do have the knowledge?
How do we gain experience if the schools do not give us the opportunity?
This is very unfair upon us that are studying and need the job.
