I am not happy about Estcourt High School.
There is no quality education as before.
The teachers are always changing everyday and every term. Some of them are temporary educators.
At Estcourt High, they admitted more grade eights. There are no strong procedures used to select learners. If you have the money, your child gets into the school, no problem. It is not fair to change the mathematics and other subject teachers daily. We want the best for our children that is why we chose Estcourt High School.
We pay R6 000 per year because we are expecting proper education but now we are disappointed.
There is overcrowding in the classrooms because there are more learners; teachers are not able to discipline more learners in one class. Please members of the Student Governing Body; make sure that there is no changing of educators and no more temporary educators (unqualified). It is the Principal’s duty to go to the circuit office and check into the database of qualified teachers.
