SPCA AGM to go virtual

The committee has dwindled over the past year and the organisation could face closure if more people don't join

The Annual General Meeting of the Dundee and District SPCA will this year take place via Zoom.

The meeting will be conducted virtually in light of the current Covid-19 pandemic.

The AGM will take place on July 30, at 6:30pm and anyone interested in participating is urged to send an email to committee@dundeespca.co.za. They will then receive a link for the meeting. The AGM is open to everyone.

The SPCA hopes that the Zoom AGM will encourage more people to participate this year and help the organisation get back on track.

The committee has dwindled over the past year and the organisation could face closure if more people don’t take a stand.

Fundraising activities are also limited due to current lockdown regulations, leaving the SPCA in a perilous position.
