I am really at my wits’ end with the school children drinking and smoking in public outside the SAVF Eventide Old Age Home (15 Beaconsfield Street, Dundee).
We have to clean the gutters on a daily basis and the amount of bottles left behind is unbelievable.
I really do not know who to turn to for help!
There is supposed to be a by-law that drinking in public is not allowed, but no one enforces the by-laws.
Could this matter please receive some attention, as the festive season hasn’t even started yet.
