You don’t need powers or a cape, all you need to do is donate blood just like him.
The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) is in need of blood, as stocks are low. Therefore, they are requesting people to come to the Ladysmith Blood Donor Clinic at San Marco Centre and donate.
The clinic at San Marco Centre is open from Monday to Sunday, which leaves residents plenty of time to give selflessly.

The hours of the local blood bank are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 17:00; Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 to 18:00; and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00 until 14:00.
