MEC visits roadblock at Tugela Plaza
The MEC was pleased with how the roadblock turned out
RTI chief provincial inspector Dave Steele welcomed MEC for Transport Sipho Hlomuka to an Easter Weekend roadblock that was held this morning (April 6) at the Tugela Plaza.
The MEC looked on as the officials conducted their duties and engaged with motorists.
Hlomuka said that roadblocks will be conducted throughout the province this coming long weekend to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers.

Officials checked identification documents, driver’s licences, vehicle licences and number plates, as well as ensuring that vehicles were roadworthy.
