Clean sweep for Namuhla at beauty pageant
The 19-year-old has won many titles, and continues to shine
Namuhla Chonco (19) continued on her path of success when she recently won five important titles in the very first Miss Qhawekazi South Africa pageant.
The event was held at Coastlands Hotel in Durban, South Beach.
Most beauty pageants consist of different age categories, but that wasn’t the case this time around, as ladies from the age of 16 to 28 competed for the crown.

Namuhla walked away with the following titles: Director’s Choice, Best Dressed, Most Influential, Entrepreneur and Queen.
“I am very happy to have been crowned ‘Queen’ at this prestigious competition. There are so many young girls who are looking up to me and I believe this will further encourage them to excel,” she said.
