A water pipe burst in Birla Road yesterday (March 3) and residents in the area contacted uThukela to make them aware of the situation.
Up until this morning, uThukela has done nothing. “Thousands of litres of water is being wasted,” fumed a resident.
People are up in arms, saying that uThukela’s service delivery is ‘pathetic’.
