A man was shot dead in Kandahar Avenue in the early hours of this morning (December 8).
Police rushed to the scene and found a person lying lifeless on the ground, in a pool of blood.
People living nearby gathered around to see what was going on.
A woman who was in complete shock after the gruesome discovery commented that they heard gunshots and knew something bad had happened.

The motive for the shooting is unknown at this stage and police are investigating.
