A tragic crash took place on Monday night (July 18) on the N11 Newcastle road just before TFS Wholesalers.
A car and two trucks were involved in the accident.

Two people sadly lost their lives, including a young child. Another occupant was severely injured and rushed to hospital.
All relevant officials and departments responded to the scene.
