The 195th Ladysmith parkrun was held in near-perfect conditions on Saturday morning (March 19).
It was a bright sunny morning with blue skies, green grass and friendly people all around at the Country Club. What a treat!
Lots of people attended and completed the 5km run/walk. Some of them even brought their dogs along.
Ladysmith residents are reminded that parkrun is free of charge and everyone is welcome. It’s a really good way to start the weekend by getting a good dose of morning exercise.

Organiser Gerhard gave thanks to all the volunteers for giving of their time and energy to help the community.
