Ladysmith KZN: Water supply likely to be interrupted in certain areas
Residents are encouraged to store water in containers
uThukela District Municipality will be carrying out urgent maintenance on the Ezakheni Water Treatment Works (WTW) Stage 2 Filter 4 tomorrow (October 27).
The plant will be partially operational, with only one out of two stages interrupted for no longer than six hours. The operations team will do their best to maintain extra storage to minimise the effects of the partial shutdown.
The following areas will be affected by water interruptions: Ezakheni, Ithala Industrial Area, Acaciavale and Rose Park.
